Falafel King, located in EURO Shopping Center, near Iulius Mall from Timisoara, proposes special dishes from the Middle East cuisine that suit all tastes. Falafel is the name of vegetable balls, with spices, fried, regularly served next to humus, as well as yoghurt and / or salad, and soft flat Arabic bread easy to roll. That dish replaced the meat in fast days of Egyptian copts, and centuries later, it was brought to Europe by Turkish chicken grill places as a vegetarian alternative to kebab.
