The Pomo D'Oro Restaurant located in Church Square from Balcescu area, close to down town Timisoara, offers the genuine taste of Italian special dishes in an elegant décor, ornamented in a classical style, with many wine shelves, warm colors and a large bar in the back. The indoor hall, where the tables are placed on two floors, has a lot of natural light due to the external glass walls, and the terrace, only open during the summer, is the ultimate place for indulging in all excellent Italian dishes in an idyllic surrounding of the park filled with plants and flowers. The restaurant was arranged by Davide Negro, relies on the high quality of raw produce, always fresh ingredients made locally, meat from its own slaughterhouses, well-known imported Italian produce, the famous chef using innovative cooking techniques, now brought to the maximum expression of flavors but without neglecting the health and wellness matters. The culinary specials based on meat, fish, seafood, pasta or pizza are created in an original fashion for conveying a message carrying a genuine philosophy, that of absolute good taste. The menu also has vegan dishes, customized dishes adjusted to the guests' needs and wants. The "Pomo D'oro" menu includes a vast collection of local, international and private collection wines, whisky, cognac and liqueur labels, be they Romanian, foreign or private, as well as other beverages.
