Right in the heart of Timisoara, on the pedestrian area close to Unirii Square, the restaurant proposes to its guests vegan and raw vegan dishes relying on using fresh additive and preservative free ingredients, with the aim to create a healthy, refined, beautiful and flavorsome cuisine. It applies the state of the art studies connected to nutrition, compatibility and balanced feeding. The dishes are colorful, filled with shapes and contrasts, original and never clichéd, and they can be enjoyed indoors, in a modern décor where the walls have their lower parts covered in various colors, with wooden chairs and tables, carefully chosen plants and decorations, or on the wonderful terrace located in front of the restaurant. The bread, cornbread and pasta are made from wholegrain, ecologic, no chemical ingredient or food additive flour. The menu meets the nutritional requirements, healthy feeding and tasting pleasures. The restaurant only uses extravirgin oil, no iodine sea salt, lemon juice (no vinegar), and organic spices; canned or ready-to-eat food items are excluded. Desert lovers can enjoy novel colorful harmonious and refined specials, without any additives or preservatives. Custom-made dishes, adjusted to the clients' needs and the daily menu can also be found there. The menu shows an abundance of natural juice, lemonade, and tea varieties, water and various shake combinations made from invigorating natural produce.
